Anyone know of a program or a DVD player so I can watch AVI files and Dvx etc?
OK, I got a disc with 6 movies on it, but DVD player dose not read it, computer dose. Is there a player brand or something, or software i can upload o it dose? I was going to find something on eBay but i don’t know what kind will read avi and other video files. Any suggestions?
Phillips makes a few players that are DIVX Ultra certified and most of them are less then 50 dollars. Also the xbox 360 and Playstation 3 are great DIVX players. As mentioned before by other users, you can always conver using a program like convertx to dvd (which I also use) but the problem with that is that you are only left with a single movie per disk, which is awesome for movies but terrible for TV shows. I use the PS3 and I could never be happier, I dropped in a 250GB hard drive and I have shows up the wazoo to choose from.

Step 2: Edit the DVD file
